Job summary

ManTech seeks a motivated, customer-oriented Analytics & Data Science Lead to join our team in Doral, FL. You will drive the design, deployment, and governance of advanced models and ML solutions while leading cross-functional data teams.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project oversight, stakeholder communication, and mentoring junior analysts to ensure technical delivery aligns with customer objectives. US-based security clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7+ years of analytics/data science experience.
• PhD with 3+ years or Master’s 5+ years or Associate 9+ years or HS 11+ years experience.
• Proficiency with Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience communicating complex analyses to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical documentation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of advanced statistical models and ML algorithms.
• Oversee data science projects end-to-end including requirements, feature engineering, model training, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to translate insights into data-driven decisions.
• Establish data governance, model validation, and reproducible workflows across environments.
• Mentor team members and manage analytic tasks to meet customer objectives.
• Propose and implement automated pipelines and new DS technologies to improve efficiency.
