Job summary

You will lead data science projects through requirements, feature engineering, training and monitoring, mentoring staff, and aligning analytic work with customer objectives.

The role requires strong Python/R/SQL skills, significant experience, and the ability to communicate findings to executives; security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, CS, stats or math with 7+ years in analytics or data science.
• Alternative: PhD with 3+ years, or master's with 5+ years, or assoc with 9+ years, or HS with 11+ years.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience communicating analytic findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of advanced models and ML solutions.
• Oversee data science projects across full life cycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into decisions.
• Establish best practices for data governance and model validation.
• Mentor team members and ensure delivery aligns with customer objectives.
• Identify and implement automated pipelines and emerge DS technologies.
