Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a data analytics professional to support Payment Integrity with analytics, dashboards, and advisory services for stakeholders. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

The role requires expertise in SQL, R, Python, and BI tools, with the ability to present clear recommendations to senior leaders and drive initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years in health care services, analytics, or insurance economics, or a related field.
• Experience querying diverse data sources to generate insights.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python.
• Ability to build dynamic dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong business intelligence and ability to drive a business case to execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proven ability to champion initiatives across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Leverage strong technical skills and healthcare industry knowledge to support clinical and business stakeholders within Payment Integrity
• Accountable for the analytical support and consultancy of internal/external customers
• Provide advisory service for internal/external senior leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR Master's degree in related field OR 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field
• Understanding of querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources to get meaningful insights
• Performance excellence in computer languages such as SQL, R, Python
• Ability to create a dynamic and visually engaging dashboard leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• High degree of business intelligence and understanding how to take a business case from inception to customer or partner execution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Performance excellence in championing initiatives and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to bring the initiative to life.
