Job summary

Jobtailor in Washington, DC is seeking a detailed data analyst to mine, synthesize, and analyze large healthcare data sets, identifying trends and translating results into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, biostatistics, econometrics, mathematics, computer science, or a related subject
• 5+ years of prior work experience in healthcare analytics preferred
• Proven capability with analytical software
• SAS required
• MS Excel required
• Tableau strongly preferred
• SQL, Snowflake, R or similar experience preferred
• Knowledge of database theory and design preferred
• Knowledge of report writing preferred
• CMS quality measure methodologies knowledge preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
