tastytrade, Inc. in Chicago, IL is seeking an Analytics and Business Intelligence Manager to lead a data team while remaining hands-on in delivering insights and owning the Tableau environment end-to-end.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Operations and Finance to develop analytics roadmaps, drive KPI frameworks, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Formación

• 8+ years in data analytics or business intelligence.
• 2+ years people management or readiness for management.
• Strong SQL and data manipulation.
• Marketing analytics background including attribution modeling or campaign measurement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 3-4 data analysts with mentoring and performance management.
• Own the Tableau environment end-to-end including governance and licensing.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance on the analytics roadmap.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks in Tableau with high data quality.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data availability and quality for analytics.
