Qualifications

• 6+ years of Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or related field.
• Advanced SQL with complex transformations and performance tuning.
• Experience ETL/ELT across multiple source systems.
• Dimensional and canonical data modeling experience; historical snapshots.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Regulatory Reporting, or Audit environments.
• Strong data quality controls, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data acquisition, ingestion, and staging for regulatory reporting and analytics programs.
• Develop immutable historical data repository for accurate period recreation.
• Design canonical data models, reference data structures, and classifications.
• Maintain exception management repositories for issue tracking and regulatory transparency.
• Implement data quality controls, validations, reconciliations, and audit-ready docs.
• Perform complex data analysis and root-cause investigations across source systems.
• Document data lineage and controls for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, audit, and technology stakeholders.
• Support SIT/UAT, implementation activities, and production support.
• Partner with reporting teams to support Power BI and management reporting.
