Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Manager of Data Analytics & AI to lead analytics strategy, governance, and platform ownership across Power BI, Snowflake, and AI-enabled solutions.
You will guide a team of data scientists, partner with audit leaders, and deliver scalable analytics to advance risk assessment and business insights. The role focuses on building high-performing teams, translating business needs into data-driven solutions, and driving innovation through analytics, automation, and AI
Qualificações
- 7+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, BI, data science, or a related field.
- Strong Power BI experience including dashboard development and data visualization.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar enterprise data platforms.
- Experience using analytics, automation, AI-enabled solutions, or advanced technologies to solve business problems.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools is preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to improve reporting, risk assessment, and decision-making through analytics and technology solutions.
- Translate business requirements into actionable analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of scalable analytics products and reporting solutions.
- Monitor solution effectiveness, business outcomes, technology adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Lead analytics strategy and delivery across IAAS priorities; partner with leaders to translate needs into data-driven solutions.
- Oversee governance, standards, and operations for analytics platforms (Power BI, Snowflake, Optro) and related tools.
