Roquette seeks an Analytical Technologist in Midland, MI to lead lab operations within the Quality Control Laboratory. You will perform routine and advanced analyses, calibrations, and data interpretation while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
Develop and mentor lab staff, adapt I/T systems, and support product release through rigorous QA processes. The role requires a Chemistry degree and hands-on analytical experience in a manufacturing environment.

We are looking for our next Analytical Technologist in our Roquette Quality Control Laboratory. The Analytical Technologist (AT) position will be responsible for the following key job responsibilities. This position is located in Midland, MI.
This role spends approximately 40% of the time in an office environment and the remainder of the time in the laboratory/plant environment.
This is a full-time position. Days and flexible hours of work are required to meet facility demands. Overtime, as needed. Provide coverage on weekends, evenings, night and holidays on an on‑call basis, as needed.
Travel may be required when working on projects at other manufacturing plants. Occasional international travel may be expected.

Compensation: The current pay rate for this role is estimated to be $40.79. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
