Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking an Analytical Technician to provide ongoing support to the Measurement Team in Mont Belvieu, TX. You will operate and maintain on-line analyzers, sample systems, and lab equipment, performing calibrations and inspections to meet regulatory and partnership requirements.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and offers growth opportunities within a large, safety-conscious organization. Travel is occasional, and the schedule is full-time on site.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot process and lab analytical equipment to support process units and storage facilities.
• Perform periodic accuracy tests including calibration, inspection and maintenance of equipment related to quality determination.
• Provide technical support for product quality issues.
• Inspect and maintain all sample system related to on-line analyzers.
• Communicate technical information and provide reports in a timely manner across the organization.
• Collect Liquid/Gas samples in compliance with partnership safety guidelines.
• Actively participate in partnership safety programs and initiatives.
