Qualifications

• Knowledge of EPA, DOT, RRC, OSHA, NEC, API and GPA requirements and procedures.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills to interface with customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate facilities in compliance with specifications, codes, safety standards and procedures.
• Perform density verifications using a Pycnometer and/or Hydrometer.
• Calibrate and inspect equipment related to quality and quantity determination.
• Witness meter verifications performed by third party contractors as needed.
• Maintain custody transfer measurement facilities including tank gauging.
• Repair and troubleshoot measurement equipment such as meters and flow computers.
• Install instrumentation in new and renovated facilities.
• Collect product quality samples for Crude or NGL liquids.
• Participate in partnership safety programs.
