Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 12 years in quality control testing environment (analytical development, validations, method transfers).
• 2+ years of direct management experience in a quality laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily prioritization of GMP/non-GMP projects and staff scheduling.
• Develop and validate analytical methods; troubleshoot issues in development.
• Provide scientific and quality oversight; supervise lab and technical staff.
• Interact with clients and ensure on-time delivery of project objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement and ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH, FDA guidelines.
