Job summary

Catalent’s Kansas City facility is seeking an Analytics Scientist I to perform analytical testing and method development for pharmaceutical projects. This on-site role involves working with advanced laboratory techniques, collaborating with a skilled team, and contributing to high-quality results for clients.

Shift: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm; Location: Kansas City, MO; 100% onsite. You will develop, validate, and transfer methods, author technical documents, and lead projects to enhance operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life or physical science is required.
• Advanced degrees are preferred for progression.
• Ability to interpret data and write technical documents.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute laboratory work plans aligned to milestones and site standards.
• Perform method development, validation, and transfer for multiple assays.
• Author protocols, test methods, reports, and certificates of analysis.
• Review technical documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Direct and mentor technical staff on projects.
• Lead efficiency improvement projects to boost performance.
• Train others in laboratory techniques.
• Perform duties as assigned.
