Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Analytical Scientist for its East Windsor, NJ facility to support R&D by performing analyses to confirm the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. The role may involve method development, validation, and routine and non-routine analyses, with emphasis on HPLC and cGMP compliance.

The position is contract-to-hire, fully onsite, with a pay range of $40.00–$45.00 per hour and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Degree in the Sciences with 3+ years in analytical lab work.
• 3+ years of analytical method development, validation, and transfer/verification.
• Experience running HPLC in a pharmaceutical setting.
• Familiarity with USP, EP, ICH guidelines and cGMPs.

Responsibilities

• Support analytical laboratory practices and procedures.
• Perform analyses to evaluate raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
• Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods including HPLC.
• Prepare Certificates of Analysis and analytical reports.
