Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s in immunology, molecular biology or related field.
• Experience with nucleic acid extraction, qPCR, ddPCR, western blot, and ELISA.
• Hands-on mammalian cell handling.
• Familiarity with cGMPs and regulatory guidance is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 1-year contract with possible extension or contract-to-hire.

Aufgaben

• Participate in analytical method development and qualification, drug product characterization and impurity testing
• Provide analytical support for Process Characterization and BLA-enabling activities, including qualification of in-process and release methods and tech transfer
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication
• Demonstrate accountability and strong scientific and technical experience
• Ensure high-quality documentation in ELN and technical reports for regulatory filings
• Present data/strategy to scientists and management internally
