Allogene Therapeutics, a South San Francisco–based biotechnology company, is seeking a results-oriented analytical scientist to support clinical-scale manufacturing of Allo CAR T products. You will contribute to analytical method development, qualification, and impurity testing and collaborate with internal and external teams to enable GMP release of clinical material.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in immunology, molecular biology or related field required
• Laboratory experience with analytical methods including nucleic acid extraction, qPCR, ddPCR, western blot, ELISA
• Hands-on expertise handling mammalian cells and data interpretation preferred

Aufgaben

• Participate in analytical method development and qualification for clinical-scale manufacturing
• Support process characterization and BLA-enabling activities, including method qualification and tech transfer
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders; communicate results effectively
• Maintain high-quality documentation in ELNs and reports to support regulatory filings
• Present data and strategy to scientists and management
• Contribute to regulatory filings with timely data delivery
