Qualifications

• Master's in a relevant science with 0–3 years industry experience or Bachelor's with 4–7 years in food/pharma/chemistry.
• Knowledge of analytical chemistry principles and material characterization techniques.
• Experience with chromatography, spectroscopy, microscopy, rheology, thermal analysis, or mass spectrometry.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine analyses of ingredients and solutions focusing on purity, molecular weight, viscosity, and thermal transitions.
• Assist in development, validation, and optimization of analytical methods.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to ensure deliverables meet timelines.
• Maintain accurate experimental records ensuring data integrity and traceability.
• Troubleshoot instruments and methods; support instrument qualification and maintenance.
• Contribute to technical reports, presentations, and scientific summaries for stakeholders.
