• Knowledge of analytical chemistry principles and material characterization techniques.
• Experience with analytical chemistry subdivisions such as chromatography, spectroscopy, microscopy, rheology, thermal analysis, or mass spectrometry.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when appropriate.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine analyses of ingredients and solutions, assessing properties such as purity, molecular weight, viscosity and thermal transitions.
• Work with analytical chemistry methods including chromatography, spectroscopy, microscopy, rheology, spectrometry and microscopy.
• Develop, implement, and validate analytical methods to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with R&D, Innovation and cross-functional teams to support project objectives.
• Maintain accurate experimental records and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Troubleshoot laboratory instruments and methods; support instrument qualification and maintenance.
• Contribute to technical reports and presentations communicating findings.
