Job summary

eTeam in Missouri is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to perform routine analytical testing in the Analytical Services laboratory, providing data for quality control, process development, and waste management. You will support production by delivering accurate results and maintaining safety standards.

The position requires eight-hour shifts with rotating days every three to four months, weekend/holiday work as needed, and familiarity with LIMS and chromatography data systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus at least 1 year of lab experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to details and ability to analyze outcomes against a standard.
• Ability to diagnose typical instrument problems with little or no assistance.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to optimize lab productivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine analytical testing as directed by protocols and work instructions.
• Work a variety of shifts (including weekends and holidays).
• Prepare solutions, clean glassware, dispose of waste, and assist in lab operations.
• Train others on waste management and safety procedures.
• Identify and communicate issues with sample integrity, safety, or analysis irregularities.
• Operate LIMS/CDS systems and review related reports.
• Record, calculate and report analytical results promptly and accurately.
• Identify process improvements and assist in continuous improvement projects.
• Communicate testing results to customers when required and monitor supply levels.
