Qualifications

• Solid spreadsheet, math, and database skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• GC operation knowledge (Refinery Gas Analyzer) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate ACE test unit and conduct unit operations per lab procedures.
• Maintain unit and document repairs.
• Validate unit operations per ISO controls.
• Troubleshoot and manage ACE unit operations.
• Train on supporting lab equipment.
• Update unit performance data charts.
• Provide data reports for research projects.
• Maintain throughput for scheduled tests.
• Keep lab workspace clean and organized.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous waste properly.
• Follow SOPs; explain deviations and document.
• Keep operations databases up to date.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and technicians.
• Ensure safety and address issues promptly.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Schedule work to maximize efficiency.
