Grace, a global leader in catalysts and engineered materials, seeks a Laboratory Asset Reliability Coordinator at the Curtis Bay Analytical Services Center in Baltimore. You will maintain and repair analytical equipment across multiple labs and ensure IT systems for the lab operate correctly. The role requires a B.S.

or higher in a STEM field, 3+ years’ hands-on experience with analytical equipment, and IT tools proficiency. Benefits include comprehensive U.S.

Qualifications

• B.S. or higher in scientific (STEM) field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in service and repair of analytical equipment.
• Experience using standard IT tools including database systems.

Responsibilities

• Champion laboratory safety and ensure compliance with GMP and facility standards.
• Lead installation, qualification, and validation of analytical equipment.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
• Oversee equipment lifecycle planning, including capital upgrades and replacements.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and external maintenance support.
• Coordinate laboratory IT systems support and instrument integrations with IT.
• Train staff on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
• Diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, and provide technical support as needed.
• Analyze equipment performance, conduct root cause investigations, and drive continuous improvement.
