The role focuses on managing reference standards and the COA database, maintaining an audit-ready lab, and supporting daily analytical activities within a fast-paced facility. The ideal candidate will help sustain safe, compliant operations and contribute to regulatory readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a high-output environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to read documents in English.
• Ability to differentiate color and meet basic vision requirements.
• Able to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds; avoid lifting above 44.09 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reference standard and column inventories and manage the reference standard Certificate of Analysis database.
• Keep the laboratory audit-ready and support daily operations.
• Clean dissolution and water baths, sonicators, and wipe bench tops.
• Gather supplies for analysts and assist with data/copying of reports for audits.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure safe, compliant lab operations.
• Collaborate with product development, quality control, safety, metrology, and quality assurance.
