Vaxcyte in San Carlos, CA is seeking an energetic and talented individual to join our Analytical Development team. The role focuses on supporting developmental activities in the laboratory and contributing to method development and qualification readiness.

You will design and execute experiments, troubleshoot assays, support method transfers, manage samples and data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytical outputs in a safe, compliant environment.

Qualificações

PhD/MS/BS in a scientific discipline with analytical development experience.
Experience with method development and validation in biotech/pharma.
Strong hands-on experience with multiple analytical techniques and data interpretation.

Responsabilidades

Contribute to method development, optimization and validation readiness.
Design and execute experiments to evaluate critical method parameters.
Troubleshoot assay and instrument performance using structured root-cause analysis.
Support method transfer, training, and cross-lab collaboration.
Prepare documentation for SOPs, protocols, and technical reports.
Ensure lab safety and compliant operations.
