Strand Therapeutics in Boston, MA is seeking an Associate Scientist II to support analytical development and operations for mRNA/LNP programs. You will analyze samples, develop methods, and help scale-up with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• BS or advanced degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Working experience in analytical development operations pertaining to biologics.
• Prior experience with LNPs with nucleic acid payloads.
• Experience with analytical methods such as cell-based assays, ELISA’s, RT-PCR and/or LC-MS preferred.
• Familiarity working with a Process Development team is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyze samples with various analytical methods (cell-based assays, ELISA, RT-PCR, LC-MS).
• Support development of analytical methods focusing on deep characterization of mRNA and LNP formulations.
• Use statistical tools to analyze data and draw conclusions.
• Analytically support screening, optimization, and scale-up in mRNA and LNP Process Development.
