Qualifications
- 5+ years of analytical and/or process development experience in biologics or nucleic acid therapies.
- Strong foundation in mRNA/LNP technologies and analytical development.
- Excellent documentation and ability to work across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Leads development of analytical methods for early/clinical-stage mRNA and LNP formulations.
- Analyzes data to drive screening, optimization, and scale-up efforts.
- Supports identification of critical process parameters and material attributes.
- Troubleshoots experiments with a data-driven approach.
- Mentors junior scientists in analytical techniques and process understanding.
