Qualifications

• Experience with flow cytometry, mammalian cell culture, ELISA and cell-based assays.
• Understanding of ICH guidelines and regulatory expectations for method qualification.
• Experience with compendial methods and regulated environments.
• Strong documentation and SOP writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and qualify analytical methods for viral vector and CAR-T product characterization.
• Author and review methods, protocols, and reports.
• Maintain reagent inventory and ensure data integrity in electronic notebooks.
• Technology transfer of methods to QC and external collaborators.
