Job summary

Kriya Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Scientist I, Analytical Development in Research Triangle Park, NC. You will lead independent method development, sample testing, and qualification support for analytical methods used in AAV gene therapy products.

The role requires designing and executing studies, analyzing diverse data sources, and producing ELN entries. Collaboration with scientists and ongoing learning in a fast-paced biotech setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant discipline with pharmaceutical/biotech lab experience.
• Experience with analytical method development and qualification.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, execute, and interpret studies for development and optimization of analytical methods for AAV products.
• Seek out and analyze data from a variety of sources to support decision-making.
• Author and review ELN entries and documents in support of analytical development activities, as needed.
• Routinely execute test methods in support of process development and development vector characterization.
• Support Quality Control with qualification of analytical test methods and identify needs for release testing.
• Collaborate with other scientists and routinely present data.
• Perform other job-related duties, as necessary.
