Kriya Therapeutics in Research Triangle Park, NC, is seeking a Scientist I, Analytical Development to join our analytical development team. This role focuses on independent method development, sample testing, and method qualification for analytical methods supporting gene therapy products.

You will design and execute studies for AAV products, review data, and collaborate with peers to ensure quality release testing and vector characterization.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant discipline with lab experience in pharma/biotech or CRO.
• Experience: 6+ years (Bachelor’s), 2+ years (Master’s), or 0+ years (PhD).
• 2+ years' experience developing/executing molecular assays (ddPCR, NGS) for AAV or protein therapeutics.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, interpret studies to develop analytical methods for AAV products.
• Analyze data from diverse sources to support decisions.
• Document ELN entries and reports for analytical development activities.
• Run test methods to support process development and vector characterization.
• Assist Quality Control with qualification of analytical methods and release testing.
• Collaborate with scientists and present data regularly.
