Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Analytical Development Chemist to join the Quality Control team in Verona, WI. You will perform analytical testing on materials and products, operate HPLC systems, and contribute to method development in a GMP-regulated environment.

You will gain exposure to both GMP and R&D workflows, with opportunities to advance technical writing and analytical expertise in a collaborative lab setting.

Qualifications

• This role requires a chemistry or life sciences degree.
• Extensive hands-on experience with HPLC and GC instrumentation.
• Practical knowledge of GMP in QC or analytical labs.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing on raw materials and finished products.
• Operate and maintain HPLC systems for data generation.
• Run dissolution testing and interpret results per methods.
• Conduct GC testing as needed for finished products.
• Document work clearly under GMP and QA requirements.
• Support method development, transfer, and validation.
• Collaborate with a small team of chemists in a lab setting.
