Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemistry is required.
• Postdoctoral teaching experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated potential for excellence in undergraduate teaching and undergraduate research is required.
• Experience with active learning and pedagogical innovation is desired.

Responsibilities

• Teach the equivalent of four 3-credit courses each semester with research release.
• Develop elective courses in area of expertise.
• Establish an undergraduate research program aligned with a primarily undergraduate liberal arts institution.
• Provide academic advising and participate in department, school and university service.
• Other duties as assigned.
