Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 2–4 years of laboratory experience in a technical or analytical environment.
• Experience operating laboratory instruments and interpreting basic data.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intermediate-level sample preparation and analysis using standard methods (e.g., USP, FCC, EPA, ASTM, NIOSH).
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation with minimal supervision. (e.g., balance, auto titrator, LECO TGA, CVAA)
• Analyze and interpret data; report findings with accuracy and compliance.
• Identify deviations from expected results or instrumentation issues and escalate appropriately.
• Assist in troubleshooting routine equipment malfunctions or analytical anomalies.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation per SOPs and QA/QC requirements.
• Adhere to laboratory safety procedures and contribute to safe lab practices.
• Mentor and provide guidance to entry-level staff.
• Participate in audits, quality reviews, and internal improvement initiatives.
• Makes routine technical decisions within standard procedures.
