Job summary

AllTek Staffing & Resource Group, Inc. is seeking an Analyst II for the Inorganic Chemistry Department in Plum, PA. The role focuses on precise laboratory analysis, instrument operation, and ensuring quality compliance in a fast-paced setting.

You will perform sample prep and analysis using USP, EPA, and ASTM methods, operate and maintain instruments like LECO TGA, CVAA, and titrators, and contribute to data reporting and continuous improvement. Some mentoring of junior analysts is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on laboratory experience.
• Experience operating laboratory instruments and interpreting data.
• Knowledge of USP, EPA, ASTM and regulatory methods.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with LIMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate-level sample preparation and analysis using established methods.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments.
• Support data analysis and reporting.
• Mentor junior staff and support audits and quality reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in inorganic chemistry testing.
