We seek advanced Chemistry experts to help teach AI to interpret and solve complex problems by:

1. Evaluating AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Chemistry.
2. Developing and answering Chemistry-related questions to refine AI understanding.
3. Assessing and ranking AI responses based on scientific rigor.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field (PhD preferred), or current enrollment.
• Research experience, including peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English with minimal errors.
• Bonus: AI model training experience (not required but advantageous).

Payment:

• Pay rates range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, depending on location and expertise.
• Higher-paying research projects may be available based on performance.

Rates vary based on factors like expertise, skills assessment, location, and project needs. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Lower rates may apply during onboarding or overtime phases. Incentive payments may also be available. Please review payment terms for each project.
