Role Description

We seek advanced Chemistry experts to help teach AI to interpret and solve complex problems by:

• Evaluating AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Chemistry.
• Developing and answering Chemistry-related questions to refine AI understanding.
• Assessing and ranking AI responses based on scientific rigor.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field (PhD preferred); current enrollment acceptable.
• Research experience with peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions preferred.
• Proficiency in English reading and writing with minimal errors.
• AI model training experience is a bonus but not required.

Compensation

• Pay rates range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, varying by geographic location and expertise.
• Opportunities for higher-paying research projects based on performance.

Rates depend on expertise, skills, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be available for PhDs. Lower rates may apply during onboarding or overtime phases. Incentive payments may also be offered.
