Qualifications

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or closely related field and 5+ years hands-on LC-MS/SFC-MS experience, or Masters with 10+ years.
• Experience with high-resolution MS and data analysis in small molecule pharma discovery.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional impact on drug design using analytical data.

Responsibilities

• Characterize physicochemical properties (solubility, pKa, logD, stability) for new chemical entities.
• Develop and apply LC-MS/SFC-MS methods for purity, identity and stability analyses.
• Analyze chromatographic and spectrometric data and report results to project teams.
• Maintain detailed lab notebooks and compliant documentation.
• Stay current with analytical chemistry advances and apply new techniques to speed discovery.
