The role requires advanced technical proficiency , leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements .

What you will bring on the journey:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related scientific discipline ( Master’s preferred).

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in an analytical laboratory setting, including method development and validation.
• Proven expertise in advanced analytical techniques and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and technical writing abilities

Compensation and Base Annual Pay

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $85,500.00 to $116,000.00 USD a nn ually.This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
