Job summary

Aptar Pharma is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Specialist to receive, process, and expedite customer orders ensuring accurate, on-time delivery. This role requires a customer‑centric mindset and relevant experience.

Candidates should have strong communication, problem solving and Excel skills, plus the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand/walk as needed; GMP and LOTOTO experience is a plus. This is an on‑site, full‑time position in the United States.

What You Will Do at Aptar Pharma:

The primary mission of theCustomer Supply Chain Specialist is to receive, process, and expedite customer purchase orders to ensure accurate, on‑time delivery while consistently demonstrating a strong customer‑centric mindset. This is a customer facing position, only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.

Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices and LOTOTO.

Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0or higher

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft office suite

Able to follow written and verbal instructions.

dexterity, ability to grip, firmly hold, turn and practice strong hand coordination.

Understands and practices safe working procedures.

Observes safety rules and policies; brings to managements’ attention any unsafe acts or

conditions.

Basic computer literacy.

Able to communicate clearly with support staff.

Ability to continuously practice and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Willing to use required personal protective (PPE) while satisfying all work requests.

Ability to recognize and abate safety hazards.

Compensation and Base Annual Pay

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is USD $75,000 to USD $102,000 annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
