Job summary

Manpower, Inc. seeks an Analytical Chemist II to join a leading semiconductor materials and chemical manufacturing organization in Burnet, TX.

You will operate and maintain analytical testing equipment and process samples to ensure product quality and production testing needs. The role requires 2+ years of instrumentation experience, strong data integrity practices, and the ability to troubleshoot complex analytical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining analytical instrumentation.
• Experience with trace metals and cleanroom work preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills; LIMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain analytical testing equipment to support product quality and production testing.
• Process samples, review results, and manage laboratory documentation for data integrity and traceability.
• Troubleshoot instruments and resolve hardware/software issues to keep testing on schedule.
• Maintain instrumentation, tools, chemicals, and consumables needed for product testing, with proper storage and disposal of samples.
• Collaborate across teams as analytical SME, support improvement initiatives, and train others as needed.
