Job summary

Synergy Bioscience, a pharmaceutical and biotech CRDMO, seeks an Analytical Chemist to generate analytical data and strengthen methods for regulatory-ready development. You will contribute to cross-functional teams and ensure data integrity under GLP/GMP standards.

The role requires a graduate degree in chemistry and 7–10 years of analytical chemistry/R&D experience in a pharmaceutical setting, with hands-on GC-MS, LC-MS, UPLC, and regulatory reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in chemistry.
• 7–10 years of analytical chemistry and R&D experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical R&D laboratory.
• Experience with GLP/GMP standards and FDA requirements.
• Experience interacting with QA/QC teams and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods for pharmaceutical compounds.
• Operate and troubleshoot GC-MS, LC-MS, and related instruments.
• Document procedures and results in compliance with GLP/GMP standards.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support R&D decisions.
• Ensure activities meet FDA requirements and internal quality procedures.
