Synergy Bioscience in Wisconsin seeks an Analytical Chemist to generate high-quality laboratory data and strengthen analytical methods for pharmaceutical programs. You will contribute to cross-functional work supporting technical decisions and regulatory readiness, with emphasis on GLP/GMP compliance and FDA requirements. The role involves method development, instrument operation, and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in chemistry.
• 7-10 years of analytical chemistry and R&D experience, including pharmaceutical R&D lab experience.
• Experience working under GLP/GMP standards and FDA regulatory requirements.
• Experience with QA/QC teams and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods for pharmaceutical products and materials.
• Operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments.
• Document procedures, results, and deviations in GLP/GMP compliant manner.
• Analyze test data and prepare technical reports.
• Ensure activities meet FDA regulatory requirements and internal quality procedures.
