Qualifications

• 1–2 years working knowledge of retail/wholesale/CPG.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing required.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data interpretation ability.
• Experience managing vendor programs, promotions and forward buys.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies using sales data, syndicated data and margins to identify opportunities.
• Oversee execution of vendor programs, allowances, incentives, forward buys and direct plan ship options.
• Perform SKU rationalization and maintain optimal assortment with suppliers.
• Escalate vendor tactics and resolve OOS issues with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor Trade Fund planning, flyer income and incentives; escalate variances for resolution.
• Collaborate on cross-functional planning to support regional growth strategies.
