C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking an Assoc Category Merchandiser to drive category strategy across assigned desk and items, using margin targets and data to improve sales and profitability.

You will partner with Category Manager and Promotional Planning to execute deals, planning, and events, ensuring timely programs and optimal regional assortment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with category planning experience.
• Ability to present data-driven insights to management concisely.
• Willingness to travel to at least two food shows per year.

Responsabilités

• Apply analytics and market data to support annual category strategy and vendor programs.
• Oversee deal submissions, demand planning, new item introductions, and events.
• Coordinate cross-functional plans and ensure timely execution and promotions.
• Monitor OOS issues and regional assortment alignment with suppliers.
