Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Experience as financial analyst or accountant
• GAAP knowledge
• Proficient with Excel, QuickBooks and basic accounting systems
• Strong math, analytical and detail-oriented skills

Responsibilities

• Report to GM to ensure analytical reports are done regularly and accurately
• Develop a practical and solid system for all expenses of the company to be done in a certain way
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the accuracy of charges and payments
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
• Enter financial data and transactions
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
• Create accounting policies to comply with all rules and regulations
