Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Analytic Lead to guide a team using multi-INT data to develop identity intelligence for a national-level customer. The lead will evaluate diverse datasets and produce specialized intelligence products and briefings for stakeholders and senior policymakers.

The ideal candidate has intelligence or law enforcement experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in intelligence or law enforcement.
• Experience applying analytic methodologies within the intelligence cycle.

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking an experienced Analytic Lead to provide oversight and guidance to a team using multi-INT data to develop comprehensive and accurate identity intelligence on behalf of a national-level customer. The lead analyst will evaluate diverse datasets and produce specialized intelligence products and briefings for a variety of stakeholders, including internal and external partners as well as senior policymakers. The ideal candidate has experience supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision Key Responsibilities of this role include:

• Integrating and analyzing disparate, raw data and semi-structured reports to uncover patterns and trends, developing actionable intelligence to inform and disrupt;


• Developing, coordinating, incorporating feedback within, and delivering all-source intelligence products, targeting products, and/or briefings;


• Leading and mentoring a team of all-source analysts and guiding the team to answer key intelligence questions;


• Ensuring all products adhere to applicable customer and community standards;


• Maintaining quality standards as directed by the program leadership team and supporting the implementation of corrective actions as needed;


• Engaging with colleagues to support initiatives designed to enhance customer tools and close capabilities gaps

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
