Job summary

Peraton is seeking a junior-level Targeting Analyst to provide analysis of multi-INT data and develop identity intelligence for a national-level customer. The role involves evaluating diverse datasets and delivering targeting products and briefings to stakeholders, including senior policymakers.

The ideal candidate will have intelligence or law enforcement experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced, supervised environment.

Qualifications

  • Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, 4 years of additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Knowledge of analytic methodologies and tradecraft, and ability to apply those skills within the intelligence cycle.
  • Familiarity with the use of visual analysis tools to support the development of data-driven products.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues with guidance and support.

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a junior-level Targeting Analyst to provide analysis of multi-INT data to develop comprehensive and accurate identity intelligence on behalf of a national-level customer. The analyst will evaluate diverse datasets and produce specialized targeting products and briefings for a variety of stakeholders, including internal and external partners as well as senior policymakers. The ideal candidate has experience supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Target Salary Range

$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
