Job summary

Pagaya seeks a Treasury Analyst in NYC to own the operational execution of multi-deal capital movements, onboarding, and account setups across SPVs and funds. You will liaise with external banks, loan servicers, and custodians while tracking liquidity and ensuring asset concentration limits.

You will manage data reconciliations, daily cash flows, and KYC/AML documentation, collaborating with Legal, Capital Markets, and Finance to maintain operational integrity.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in treasury operations, middle office, or settlement roles within financial services, fintech, or investment management.
• Proven ability to manage multi-entity funding workflows, bank portals, and daily settlement cutoffs with strict attention to detail.
• Experience navigating institutional KYC requests and legal entity structures.
• Solid working knowledge of Excel (SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with external counterparties (banks, servicers, trustees) and internal teams (Legal, Capital Markets, Finance).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage concurrent loan purchases across multiple deal structures and diverse loan origination and servicer networks, ensuring seamless daily execution.
• Monitor real-time cash balances, facility draw capacities, and liquidity positioning across dozens of SPVs, warehouse facilities, and investment funds.
• Track portfolio concentration limits, borrowing base parameters, and eligibility criteria during asset allocation to ensure strict compliance with deal indentures and credit agreements.
• Lead the end-to-end operational setup of bank and trust accounts for new deal structures, managing entitlements, portal configurations, and onboarding checklists.
• Act as a main operational point of contact for external originators, loan servicers, custodians, and banking institutions to coordinate daily cash flows and resolve operational exceptions.
• Own institutional KYC/AML documentation packages, periodic account reviews, and legal entity updates across banking and lending relationships.
• Perform daily account and transaction-level reconciliations; analyze loan tapes and servicer data to identify and resolve cash or reporting discrepancies.
• Identify friction points in daily treasury workflows and implement updated procedures, controls, and reporting templates.

About the Role

Pagaya is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our team in NYC. Treasury at Pagaya is a core team responsible for managing daily capital deployment, infrastructure, and funding workflows across our investment vehicles, including ABS, forward flows, and investment funds.

In this role, you will own the operational execution of multi-deal capital movements, deal onboarding, and account setups while serving as a primary operational liaison for external banking partners, loan servicers, and custodians. You will track liquidity across complex SPV networks, ensure assets meet concentration limits, and lead daily data reconciliations to ensure operational integrity across high-velocity financial flows. This position offers direct, hands-on exposure to structured finance mechanics, capital markets execution, and partner operations.

What You’ll Do

• Relevant Experience:

The pay ranges for New York-based hires are commensurate with candidate experience.

Pay ranges for candidates working in locations other than New York may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
