Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking an Analyst for Talent Acquisition Program and Compliance to support a large recruiting team with administrative tasks. You will adjudicate background screenings, audit staffing agency checks, and manage data for demographics and reporting needs.

You will also support compliance projects related to background screenings and I-9s, coordinate events, and drive projects for the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in human resources, legal professional or related area.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

What you’ll do on a typical day

• Adjudication of background screening

What you need to succeed at GXO

At a minimum, you’ll need

• 3-5 years of experience in human resources, legal professional or related area
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

It’d be great if you also have

• Associate degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• Understanding of DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations, including pre-employment testing procedures and requirements
• Positive, can-do attitude; willingness to contribute ideas and expertise
• Proven ability to be deadline-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Solid research and problem solving-skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
