Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking an Analyst for Supply Chain Planning to manage wafer starts execution across fabs and the foundry network. You will analyze data, collaborate with demand planning and other units, and drive solution development and change management to improve delivery performance.

The role focuses on monitoring department efficiencies, communicating with stakeholders, and presenting key SCM metrics to leadership, with a strong emphasis on driving KPIs and productivity.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS degree in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage wafer starts execution in Analog Devices' fabs and foundry network through data analytics and cross-functional collaboration with business units, demand planning and other org units.
  • Drive solution development, change management, customer communications, monitoring of department efficiencies, and managing both long and short-term customer delivery plans.
  • Identify key issues across a broad range of areas and effectively communicate recommendations to leadership.
  • Prepare, analyze and present key SCM metrics, performance against targets and trends to senior management.
