Job summary

Analog Devices seeks a Supply Chain Planning Analytics Lead to transform data into insights for global planning. You will drive analytics across manufacturing, inventory, demand, and operations, building models, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions to support revenue forecasting and long-range capacity decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure insights translate into measurable business outcomes and adopt advanced analytics across planning processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Business) is required.
  • Experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, analytics, BI, or related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with large-scale operational, manufacturing, supply chain, or planning datasets.
  • Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, visualization, and analytical tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

  • Build and expand analytics capability across supply chain planning using data from manufacturing, inventory, demand, and operations.
  • Analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Identify root causes of supply-demand imbalances, inventory risks, capacity constraints, and disruptions; drive corrective actions.
  • Develop scalable analytical models and frameworks for repeatable decision-making across planning processes.
  • Own dashboards, reports, data models, and queries used in executive reviews, revenue forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Partner with planners, manufacturing, finance, and leaders to translate insights into measurable outcomes.
  • Lead adoption of AI and advanced analytics to improve forecasting, anomaly detection, and scenario planning.

This role will transform manufacturing, inventory, demand, and operational data into the insights, forecasts, and capacity plans that enable business growth and execution.Serving as the link between supply chain planning, advanced analytics, and executive decision support, you will develop the analytical frameworks, reporting capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions that support revenue forecasting, production planning, and long-range capacity decisions.
