Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Analyst, Supply Chain Planning to manage wafer starts and drive data‑driven planning across the fabs and foundry network.

You will collaborate with demand planning and other functions to deliver reliable delivery plans, monitor KPIs and push continuous improvements in efficiency and profitability. Ideal candidates hold a BS/MS in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics or related field and demonstrate strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Manufacturing or forecasting background is a plus.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage wafer starts execution in ADI fabs and foundry network.
• Drive solution development, change management, customer communications, monitoring of department efficiencies, and managing both long and short-term customer delivery plans.
• Identify key issues across a broad range of areas and effectively communicate recommendations to leadership.
• Responsible for preparation, analysis and presentation of key SCM metrics, performance against targets and trends to senior management and improve the metrics over time to drive increased productivity and profitability.
