Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH (Learjet Inc) seeks an Analyst, Supplier Quality to join our remote and service-center team. The role focuses on QA activities, supplier inspections, and ensuring product conformity across supplier sites.

You will coordinate training, maintain documentation, and support rapid decision-making to minimize disruptions. Typically 3+ years in a technical field are required, with strong data compilation, program tracking, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical field (technology, documentation, technical writing, etc.).
• Proficient in data compilation and program tracking.
• Proficient in reporting with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proficient in organization and delivery of training and presentation methods.
• Proficient in policy / procedure writing methods, including maintenance of any project.
• Proficient in Benchmarking and documentation mapping.
• Proficient in regulatory Quality Systems (TCCA, FAA, etc.) and Quality Assurance interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Perform source inspections at supplier sites to validate product conformity.
• Implement and validate containment actions to protect production flow.
• Ensure proper traceability and documentation of non-conformances.
• Identify potential risks early and escalation quality concerns proactively.
• Support rapid decision-making to minimize operational disruptions.
• Training and coordination of QA related materials, i.e., SQM, Auditing, PMA.
• Perform other QA related activities (e.g., project related activity, Monthly Reports, reporting needs as required).
